Jayne Erickson named South Dakota Photographer of the Year, March 4, 2003, by Professional Photographers of America

Jayne recently won prestigious awards for "Steps to Enlightenment" and " I'm No Angel" at the regional conference in Sioux Falls, S. D. She won the Sweepstakes Award for the highest points garnered for four entries and top award for highest scoring print. She aso received Kodak Gallery Awards and Fujifilm Masterpiece awards for "Steps to Enlightenment" and "Forever After Forever." Her print "I'm No Angel" won the people's choice award. Photographs are judged on impact, storytelling ability and creative vision illustration, portrait and commercial categories.
